We pledge that if we gather and use information about you, we will do so responsibly. All of our employees are required to safeguard the privacy of our customers; this same expectation is made of our partners and suppliers.

Information that we gather from you will be stored on our SharePoint system and will be used solely to fulfill our agreement or interaction with you or your company.

Use of information

We may use the information that you provide or that is obtained by us:

to register you with Strait Logics and to administer the services we offer
for assessment and analysis (e.g. market, customer and product analysis) to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and to enable us to provide you and other customers with relevant information through our marketing programme. We may communicate with you for reasons of news stories, service / product updates, competitions and so on by any of the following methods: Email, Telephone, Post or Fax
to administer any prize draws or competitions that you may enter.

Strait Logics will not at any stage pass on your details, either in full or in part to any third parties or individuals.

If you want to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us or simply login and change the options selected.

The standard of service is consistently high – you understand what we want even when we don’t articulate it well and all of us on the project team have total confidence that anything raised will be updated/ fixed in the next round of samples. We are only able to confirm the final spec at a late stage, which you accommodate and willingly support any changes needed which we have not anticipated.
